Project Solutions, Inc. is currently providing operations and maintenance service for the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center (JCJCC) water and wastewater treatment plant in Bristol, Tennessee. The facility was funded by an inter agency agreement between the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service (USFS) and the Department of Labor.

The water plant has a surface water source and is designed to process 34.7 gallons per minute utilizing an SBR until with a membrane filter system to meet turbidity limits. The filter backwash from the plant is discharged to an evaporation pond. The wastewater plant is designed to process 50,000 gallons per day utilizing a membrane bioreactor package plant and a UV disinfection process. Biosolids are removed from the site as needed. The on-site operator maintains all equipment and the processes for both systems. Laboratory testing is completed at a contracted laboratory, and samples are transported by Job Corps personnel.
