PSI is comprised of three operating divisions, each with its own leadership, mission and goals.
The Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Division team members are the eyes and ears on a job site for the owners through the completion of their construction project. PSI employs experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Construction Quality Management professionals who follow established code compliance. Our inspectors observe the daily production for safety, verify that completed work complies with specifications in the approved plans, provide daily on-site observation and documentation of work progress, access requests for change orders, estimate revised costs, approve pay requests, and certified payroll reports.
The Facilities Operations Division of PSI manages wastewater treatment plants for The U.S. Air Force, National Forest Service and private entities. To ensure compliance with water quality and governmental safety requirements, our staff complete high levels of training and continuing education to maintain the necessary credentials to operate these plants according to state, local and federal regulatory guidelines.
The Business Services Division provides specialized consulting services to small businesses across much of the central/north western United States.

Grand Canyon
Our inspector’s day to day includes hiking to remote construction sites to observe government work and report back to our home office in Rapid City, SD.
Cave Access
Our inspector works on a very unique project that involves overseeing work in a large cave where contractors are building ADA access and improving life safety measures.
National Park Service
We work closely with the National Park Service to update, improve, and oversee historic structures that dot our nation’s many historic parks.
Inspection
Our many years of construction experience helps with the day to day consultations from our home office or on site when inspecting buildings for the various agencies that call upon our expertise.
