Frenchburg Job Corps Center (JCC), located in Frenchburg Kentucky, is one of 26 Job Corps Centers in the United States. Funded by an interagency agreement between the US. Department of Agriculture Forest Service and the Department of Labor, Job Corps is intended to better prepare youth to obtain and hold gainful employment. PSI has operated and maintained the wastewater system for the Frenchburg JCC since February of 2019. The on-site operator maintains all the equipment and processes of the system. Lab testing is completed at a contract laboratory and samples are transported by Job Corp personnel.
