PSI is provided services under the EAFB Fence-to-Fence contract as a subcontractor to Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE). PSI’s responsibility was to review and edit the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan, which is a 200+ page document. This included site visits, draft and final updates. PSI also provided annual on-site SPCC Plan training. PSI was also responsible for updating the Facility Response Plan.
OTIE was awarded the US Army Corps of Engineers contract to provide environmental services to Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB). Services provided under this contract include:
- Hazardous waste management
- Air compliance support
- Sampling, testing, analysis and monitoring
- Plan updates
- Integrated solid waste management
- Pollution prevention services
- Storm water management
- Environmental Aspect Inventory maintenance
