This project at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose was completed as a part of the GSA’s First Impressions Program, which seeks to create lively spaces that welcome visitors while maintaining safe, quality workplaces for federal employees in order to increase the long-term value of the GSA’s assets and the satisfaction of the GSA’s customer agencies.
