PSI is providing project and building management services to the GSA in Tucson and Yuma, Arizona. Our two Project Managers/Building Managers serve the customer agencies of the GSA within these areas, utilizing our personnel as their principal agent to advise on or manage the process over the project regardless of the project delivery method used. The Project/Building Managers act as professional advisers or extension of staff to the customer agency, frequently helping the customer agency identify which delivery method is the best for the project. The Project/Building Managers utilizes PSI’s in-house engineering team for help with construction, design and management expertise to temporarily expand the customer agency’s capabilities, so that they can successfully accomplish their program or project.
