This $3,243,778 project rehabilitates the failing utility infrastructure at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington. The project includes the potable water, sanitary sewer, electrical and telecom systems serving the historic East and South Fort Vancouver barracks area. PSI is providing construction management services for the project.
