This project addresses critical upgrades to the building’s aging infrastructure and common space necessary to comply with current codes and extend serviceability. This will better position the facility to house Federal agencies and create attractive work environments for their personnel. The type of upgrades consist of life safety upgrades, building system upgrades, ABA accessibility upgrades, and exterior enclosure upgrades. PSI is providing construction management and commissioning services for the project.
